The SCEK Fund is supporting an aerial Boreal Caribou recruitment survey.

The SCEK Fund is supporting a project to undertake an aerial Boreal Caribou recruitment survey of the six caribou ranges in the North East area of BC. The objective of this project is to estimate the proportion of the boreal caribou population in northeast BC comprised of calves, identify recent boreal caribou mortality events and locate collared wolf packs. The project is estimated to be complete in May.
